Why won't zabbix start up?

All steps to install zabbix front were successful. But after the last one it gives
Access denied
You are logged in as "guest". You have no permissions to access this page.
If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary permissions.
What is the problem in the config? In rights?
