Zabbix runs processes on the system to work, and "standard hosting" is web hosting, i.e. does not provide for the installation of third-party code into the system. That is, no, you can not put zabbix. But you can install only the web console from Zabbix, if the server itself is available from it, when configuring the connection to the Zabbix server, only data files and PHP code that web hosters allow you to install change.
