Why won't Windows start with DRAM Frequency auto?

Hello. I noticed such a thing, if DRAM Frequency auto is in bios, then when Windows boots, the computer hangs tightly.
Now I put DRAM Frequency 1333E, and everything works. There is a choice to put 1666, does it make sense?
