Why won't Windows 10 LAN connect to Windows 10?

Good day, dear Toaster users! I have a problem that I, unfortunately, cannot solve. Hope you can help me. And so the essence of the problem:
At work, there is a network with its own settings for ip-addresses on the gateway 192.168.1.1. The problem is in one of the cabinets. This cabinet contains the following computers:
1. Laptop on Windows 7 (Note #1).
2. Laptop on Windows 10 Pro (Note #2).
3. "Server" on Windows 10 Pro (server).
4. Desktop computer on Windows 10 Educational (Comp No. 1).
All these computers are visible on the network.
"Laptop #1" can connect to "Comp #1" over the network, but "Laptop #2" and "server" only see "Comp #1" over the network, but cannot connect over the network. The following error appears: 0x80070035 (it says that the network path was not found). At the same time, if you connect to the IP address "Comp No. 1", then it opens normally. At the moment, this crutch is currently being used, but it needs to be fixed.
The Internet has already gone through - none of the options helped. I tried resetting all settings, turning it back on, turning off the firewall, etc. I beg you to help! If you need any more information, just tell me.

(Produces that the network path was not found). At the same time, if you connect to the IP address "Comp No. 1", then it opens normally.
The problem is clearly in the names. See NetBIOS settings.
If too lazy to understand - implement your DNS.

Perhaps enabling the FDResPub service will help you:

Also make sure you have network discovery enabled:
