Why won't wifi turn on on windows 10?

WiFi worked fine until today :) I turned on the
laptop, there is no Internet,
first of all I updated the drivers - it did not help
in the WiFi settings - the WIFi switch is turned off, when you try to turn it on, it clicks, but if you exit this section and return again, the switch is turned off again
after that I tried to replace the wifi module (from a broken laptop)
with this module, the same thing ,
tell me what else can I do?

Figured it out myself.
maybe someone will come in handy. The problem was due to the fact that the laptop did not have a program for managing hot keys like fn + f11, which turned on wifi.
But what is strange without the program hot keys worked, volume, screen off, etc. from F1 to F10, but the combinations F11 and F12 (bluetooth) worked after installing the program
Although before that everything worked fine for more than a year :)
PS: Note DNS - and the problem is most likely the manufacturer's curvature
