Why won't VMWareFusion start the VM (Failed to power on)?
VMWare Fusion Professional Version 12.1.2 (17964953) on macOS Big Sur (M1 chip) displays Failed to power on '/Users/user/Virtual Machines.localized/Debian 10.x.vmwarevm/Debian 10.x' message when starting virtual machine .vmx', the machine won't start. The problem is present both when creating a new machine (tried Debian 64bit and openSUSE 64bit/32bit) and when starting a previously created machine on another computer.
Where are VMWare Fusion logs stored for each VM?
What could be the problem?
