Why won't VmWare vSphere install?

nfs41client failed to load such an error slips during installation,
but this error slips and ends with a message that the network adapter is not visible.
Network -realtek nvideo
I wanted to try the sphere (free) but something could not be installed

ESXi is extremely picky about hardware and if it does not see a suitable network card, it will not be installed.
There are two options, either use the right hardware or use customization .
I have ESXi on regular computers with built-in network realtek 8111

Is it on the list of compatible hardware at all?

Yes, most likely not a compatible card. my built-in intel1000 didn't see it either.
