Why won't TinyMCE RTE install?

Not installed TinyMCE RTE asks to install PHP and MODX dependencies, there is a download button that does not load. Do you know what could be the problem

That's right, the new version of the plugin requires MODX above 2.7 - if you have a lower update + the hosting php version must be at least 7.2) If your hosting is stuck in 2010, and the latest version of php is 5.6, or you don’t want to change anything, then install the ancient TinyMCE (2016) or CKE
