Why won't the Windows 10 installer start? The underscore is flashing on a black screen, what should I do?

I put Windows on a Chinese ssd. When the boot from the flash drive starts (on another PC it is installed quietly from it), a black screen appears and the underscore flashes (as in the console), after 10-15 seconds the win logo flashes for a second and reboots and everything again. If I install everything on another PC, the same ssd is the same flash drive, if I install it with win installed on another PC, then "preparing for automatic recovery" 2 seconds and reboot again, if I install hdd with win 8.1 x32, then everything is fine, I changed the thermal paste , I also reflashed the BIOS, took out the battery, please help, what should I do?
