Why won't the server turn on?

Server HP dl380 gen 9.
After 1-2 days of work, it turns off and does not start.
When I try to start, nothing happens. Only in ilo says that the disk controller is not found.
If you turn off the power and leave it alone for the night, the next day it restarts and everything is ok.
What could be the reason? Is it because of static? The room temperature is stable at 22C.

Indeed, where does the controller and why it does not turn on. Change the controller to a new one, it will not help - change the mother / processors
