Why won't the project open?

Tell. Why won't the project open? I wrote a project on a computer at home, on laravel, openserver. Then I transferred the folder with the project to the laptop, having previously installed openserver on it, respectively. The project opens but writes an error: "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CLASS, expecting T_STRING
or T_VARIABLE or '$' in D:\OpenServer\domains\sss\public\index.php on line 50"
and no errors. What's the matter? + phpmyadmin from openserver does not open. Just open a tab and that's it...

Update PHP to 5.5.9+
