Why won't the network printer print for a certain group in the domain?
The organization implemented an AD-based domain. There is a group of conditional division (for example, personnel department). There is a network printer that should be used by employees from this department and no one else.
The problem is that this printer works for printing only if the permission for All users is set in the security tab of the printer properties. If in the same tab instead of All you specify the personnel department, then the printer does not work for anyone (including the administrator). The document flies into the queue and immediately disappears from it.
Tried removing and adding the printer - did not help. Network Printer - Xerox
