Why won't the ftp directory open?

Good afternoon!
what could be the reason and how to solve it? does not open directory (one of) in ftp. It enters other folders, this one does not want to download or open.
I expose any rights, incl. 777. Does not help.

Response: 550 www: No such file or directory
Error: Failed to get directory listing
