The problem is the following. I am using a TP-Link TL-WR942N router. Provider settings - assigned automatically, Russian. The Internet is working. But some sites do not work, for example bower.io. Moreover, the peculiarity is that you turn on vpn from the PC in the opera, you enter the site. Also, everything works through Wi-Fi in the phone. But the computer is in trouble. I searched a bunch of resources, nothing helps. Of the 360 ​​Total Security antiviruses and the standard windows 8.1 firewall, I tried to disable both, the same story. Virey is not present, checked kureytom. From under Windows from a bootable USB flash drive, the same thing. It was before that 7ka, the same trouble. What could be the snag?
