Why won't pycharm start on windows 10?

Good afternoon!

When starting pycharm, a window like this pops up and nothing else happens.

The window does not close until you restart your computer.

Java installed (15.0.1). The JAVA_HOME environment variable has been created.

I can't figure out what the problem is.
Help me please!

Pycharm brings its own Java with the necessary patches.
Try to run through jb toolbox

Try removing the JAVA_HOME variable. Should help.
