Why won't OS X install on an SSD?

HDD stopped working in MacBook Pro. Decided to buy a replacement SSD. Since everything suddenly happened - neither the main system nor backup copies were left. I installed the system in the only possible way - through internet recovery. 2/3 of the installation process goes fine, then it slows down very much, almost to infinity. The first time I interrupted the installation without waiting for the end. Formatted the drive and started the installation again. All the same. Left for the night. By morning, the progress bar reached the end, but the writing remained 1 hour 9 minutes. Waited this time. Exactly one hour and 9 minutes later, the time changed to 2 hours with something left. I understand this process can go on endlessly.
I interrupted the installation, took an external HDD, installed it through the same internet recovery system. Everything was installed literally in 30-40 minutes without brakes.
The system is installed via internet recovery version 10.8. I booted from an external drive, downloaded it through the App Store 10.10 and tried to install it on the SSD already. The first time, literally after 2 minutes, the installation failed with the error File system verify or repair failed.
I formatted the disk again, this time the installation was slow for about half an hour and fell on 2/3 of the progress with the error "An error occurred while updating information about system extensions."
Formatted the drive again. Boot from external. Made a backup of a clean system. Booted into recovery mode, tried to restore the system from a backup on the SSD. Everything went well, but the system did not boot from the SSD. When downloading, a folder with a question mark alternates with a prohibition sign. Tried holding down Option to select an SSD drive - also nothing.
I never thought that there could be such a hemorrhoid. How to solve the problem?
