Why won't Oracle SQL Developer install?

Good afternoon everyone!
Installed version of java 11.0.10
When you try to open SQL Developer, it just closes in a second.
What could be the problem? Trying to open on macOS Big Sur.

From Terminal:

sh /Applications/SQLDeveloper.app/Contents/MacOS/sqldeveloper.sh
