I run the command: npm run build && npm run start
Everything is fine on the localhost, endless loading on the server
What should I do?

Run the commands one by one. Maybe it builds there for a long time, because the server is weak, maybe your ports are not forwarded, and it does not connect. And it’s not at all clear what kind of endless loading you have, what is written in the console?
