Why won't my Asus laptop with windows 10 wake up from sleep mode with either mouse or keyboard?

Hello, after reinstalling the OS on a laptop from win 8.1 to win 10, the laptop stopped being displayed from sleep mode with both the keyboard and mouse (it used to be displayed by both). The checkbox to wake the device from sleep mode with the mouse is on, but nothing works. When win 8.1 was installed, then on the usb hub through which the mouse was connected, when switching to sleep mode, the light continued to burn (just like when the laptop was working), now it goes out, the same situation is with the light on the speakers that are connected directly through another usb port, that is, it turns out that the usb ports are completely disabled, how can this be fixed so that everything works as before when switching to sleep mode?

You may be confusing sleep (Sleep S3) with hibernation. A laptop cannot usually be awakened from hibernation using the keyboard or mouse. Make sure your power options are set to standby.

Device Manager
Look in the properties of the keyboard, USB controller, the "power management" tab
Look at the checkboxes
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
"Allow this device to wake the computer from standby mode"
