Why won't mac connect via vpn?
Hello. Set up vpn l2tp on mikrot. The parameters are all by default, as in the instructions, except, of course, passwords and user. On the whole, it connects normally from Windows, though I had to enable it in the registry: AllowL2TPWeakCrypto (1) and ProhibitIpSec (1). But the poppy refuses to connect. Writes "l2tp-vpn server didn't answer..." I don't know where to look. And, unfortunately, now I can’t post screenshots of the microt settings. Maybe someone "telepathically" will try to at least help. I remember the settings in principle, you can clarify something. I will be very grateful.

For L2TP on a Mac, you still need a shared key. Are you entering it? Without it, he has not plowed for 2 years.
Open the console, start the connection on the Mac and watch the logs. Also look at the logs on Mikrotik.
