How to make NordVPN work?

I returned home from vacation and found that NordVPN stopped working on my provider (Rostelecom). The connection is connected, but the packets do not go (i.e. the network just falls off). Apparently, this is some kind of software or hardware blocking on the provider's side (due to ILV).
I need some solution on how to continue using the service (alternative VPNs are not suitable, a lot is tied to NordVPN IP addresses). Is it possible somehow, for example, at the level of my home router, to raise some other VPN and connect NordVPN through this VPN from the computer using the application. Or maybe in some other way?

You can make a VPN through another VPN server, of course this will add brakes, but in principle it will solve the issue ... Moreover, the keyword "another VPN server", I hope you understand that "at the level of my home router" does not play a role here, because . no matter where the client is, it is important where the server is.
I would recommend buying an inexpensive VPS from a foreign provider and setting up your VPN server on it, this will guarantee that it will not be blocked during mass campaigns to combat massive foreign VPN services. This is not difficult to do, this is exactly what I have done, for many years all traffic has been going through the EU.

You apparently missed the moment when it was announced that many VPNs (including Nords) who did not want to cooperate with the RKN (and nakua - after all, that was their point) were simply banned.
A typical solution to this problem is a VPS in Zabugoria, to which a regular VPN (ovpn / ipsec / something else) is thrown, and from which the necessary actions are taken. Five - six euros a month - and the hair will be smooth and fluffy ...
And on the home router you will need to configure it so that the necessary traffic goes through the foreign VPN - that is, so that the connection to the north is not from home IP, but from foreign. At the same time, DNS should also not be forgotten :)
