Why won't Homestead start in NFS mode?

Hello, I have a problem with starting Homestead on Windows 8.1, for some reason I still can’t start in NFS mode and it infuriates me wildly, since I have 2 computers and on one everything started up and went the first time, and on the second everything something interferes.
Checked all the solutions, installed and launched

vagrant plugin install vagrant-vbguest
vagrant vbguest

Still installed
vagrant plugin install vagrant-winnfsd
Also installed
vagrant plugin install vagrant-bindfs
But all to no avail. Gives an error message

NFS requires a host-only network to be created.
Please add a host-only network to the machine (with either DHCP or a
static IP) for NFS to work.

No fraud in Homestead.yaml in the networks section either, I already want to fully work on my laptop, but everything does not start
