How to make virtual box see changes in files?

The essence of the problem: there is a vagrant + virtual box with Ubuntu. The files are on the poppy and are rummaged through nfs to the virtual machine. A nodejs application is running in the virtual machine. Webpack is also used, which tracks changes in files.
If the file is changed directly in the virtual machine, then the changes are caught, but if I change the files on the poppy, then the changes inside the virtual machine are not caught, although the files are changed.
What settings need to be made to the bundle so that changes in files via nfs can be caught in the virtual machine?
