Why won't Docker Desktop install?

Hello everybody.

I want to install Docker on Windows 10, but the installer swears at the version of Windows, although it fits the minimum requirements. Don't tell me what's the matter?

Find an older docker installer if you don't want to update windows.
I successfully have Docker Version 2.0.0.0-win81 (29211) running on Windows 10 1607
