Why won't chrome open websites?

There are several sites that are protected by login and password via htaccess
In any browser it opens normally except for chrome, the page just loads there and nothing happens
I tried to clear the cache, cookies, nothing helps, the authorization window simply does not appear

In the site settings, where cookies are deleted, you can enable pop-ups, they are disabled by default
