Why won't Chrome install on Windows 10?

Today I bought an asus laptop with windows 10 pro. 64-bit
Chrome - I download from the official site. downloading, then installation, but after installation, the message "Installation failed due to an unknown error. Close all Google Chrome windows and try again." What does this mean? How do I install Chrome on a new laptop? I don't know which version I'm downloading, probably the latest one.
