Why won't Asus Z270H motherboard start?
I bought an Asus Z270H motherboard in the USA through intermediaries. The goods went for 1 month, as it came, everything installed it and all the peripherals, coolers, percents, cooling for percents, power supply, hdd, etc.
I thought I’ll already use it in full update, where I start the PC, nothing happens, the cooler on the processor is silent, the side one that blows from behind the system unit is also silent.
Vidyuha, hdd, power supply, RAM work. The start buttons, reboots seem to work, I start the computer somehow.
650 W power supply should be enough. It doesn't output anything to the monitor, although the vidyukha and the monitor are working, there is voltage from the power supply, but there is no response from the GPU. That vidyuha, which is sewn into the motherboard. So now there is only a processor, hdd, processor cooling and the power supply is actually connected with one wide cable.
I also connected everything correctly, checked it several times, ruined it all day, checked the instructions and watched the guides. Now it will not work to return the goods, the money was gone while the goods were coming here, if you send them back, this is at least + 3 weeks. And even if there was an express return, it would be easier to buy a new motherboard there, or to hand over this one for repair. I thought that the problem might still be in the processor, but it is also new, installed according to the instructions and bought for a socket on the motherboard, and after all, the coolers work from the motherboard, not the processor, they cost.
Please tell me what could be wrong with her? Who had a similar one?

Well, is it clear that the board starts or not? Does the hub heat up? Or a processor?
