Why won't apps from the Microsoft Store install?

When you press the "get" button on any application, everything blinks for a split second and even the installation indicator appears and ... nothing happens. Again the same button appears. It's like the page has been refreshed. What is the problem?

Now a bunch of servers are in a fever due to the "carpet" blocking of the telegram. So either through the VPN right now, or try again in a couple of days.

Here is an instruction for troubleshooting problems in deploying packages from the store.

To access the packaging and deployment event logs
Run eventvwr.msc.
Go to Event Viewer (Local) > Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows.
The first log to check is AppxPackagingOM > Microsoft-Windows-AppxPackaging/Operational.
Deployment-related errors are recorded in AppXDeployment-Server > Microsoft-Windows-AppXDeploymentServer/Operational.
You can also use the following command in PowerShell to get the first few logged events:
Get-Appxlog | Out GridView

You can also use procmon and see which actions in the system fail and which error
