Why won't apache start after restarting the server?

Installed vestacp. The server worked for a couple of days, and then rebooted it from the command line and now it does not start, why?

Did you change the server address? Apache is trying to start on an IP that is not on the interfaces.

Considering the text "Address already in use" in the logs, you already have something hanging on this port. Look for exactly what.
