Why won't android eclipse sdk run on mac os 10.9?

Downloaded from the off site developer.android.com/sdk/index.html Developer.android.com/sdk/installing/studio.html also
does not start when you start any action. It doesn't even show an error. Java is installed everything that I see in the error log This problem is only with these programs, i.e. androids!

Eclipse does not start after unpacking the archive? Check that the java version matches the SDK version (32 or 64 bit). (Type java -version) in the terminal. Everything started up without problems on my maverick with the following configuration:
Java version java version "1.6.0_65"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_65-b14-462-11M4609)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.65-b04-462, mixed mode)
