How can you display web content when developing on android? (m.b. dvig, liba, etc.)
(Of course, except for webView. It does not support everything, and it slows down everywhere, except for android L - there it is on Chromium'e)

If you are interested in frameworks, then there is also Apache Cordova ( http://cordova.apache.org).
This is a thing for developing cross-platform web applications, which, moreover, will still look "native".
I haven't tried it myself, but recently I saw how it all works at a conference =)
