Why won't AMD Radeon advanced settings open?

When you click the "Advanced Settings" button in the driver menu, a window pops up that says
"Cannot launch Radeon Advanced Settings. There are currently no options that can be configured using Radeon Advanced Settings."
What can be done to access these settings?
PS problem on a laptop with two video cards.

Well, they say that there are no additional settings.
So, they don't exist.
