Why Windows does not see ssd?

Hello!
There is a laptop Lenovo z710
SSD Samsung 850 PRO 256GB and HDD 1TB I
installed the SSD in place of the HDD, and the HDD instead of DVD through optibay. Cloned the system to an SSD via Samsung Data Migration.
Activated the disk through diskpart. Now it is seen by BIOS and Windows. Formatted the old partition in Windows.
Now the only problem is that when loading, there is a cyclic reboot. Until I manually select boot options and boot from the SSD. Is there something wrong with the Windows bootloader?

Delete partitions from HDD and re-create.

I have the same problem. The computer turns on only through F12. I tried to separately turn on both the HDD and the SSD both through the optibey and through the native cable. Everything is working. Only now, when connecting 2 disks - a cyclic reboot, regardless of which disk is where.
Did anyone manage to solve the problem of cyclic reboot?
