Why, when saving, the page updated via browser-sync jumps up, that you have to scroll down with each change?

Hello! When updating via browser-sync, the page jumps up, which means you have to minimize the editor and scroll down to see how everything is displayed. It eats up a lot of time. How can this be fixed. Help with advice please..
