Pay attention to the fields with email. If you open a CSV file in Excel, it may not display HTML tags, but they are present in the file itself. There are two solutions:
1) Open with a plain text editor
2) Open OpenOffice Calc
I think in your case it would be better to export in this format, and then process the data in a format convenient for you. NotePad++ , SublimeText to help you
