Why, when entering a network resource, does the case of the resource depend on the case in which the server name was typed?

Whether it's a server or a computer, the problem is the same.

I create a folder on my local drive for sharing and name it as TEST Sharing ( I use upper and lower case)

When publishing, the resource name becomes lower case

Next, I access the resource in 2 ways, use UPPER case and lower case in the computer name.

\\TEST01-PC and \\test01-pc - why is the result different? Why is the shared resource register changing?

Below is the result when Start - Run - \\TEST01-PC

And now, in lowercase computer name below is the result when Start - Run - \\test01-pc

@Kenny00

Kenny00 ,
Other clients will see the TEST Ball in the computer browser
And since you enter them like this, they are displayed with the case with which they entered

Why is the shared resource register changing?

Windows features.
And I also advise you to connect by ip, so there is less chance of getting "no access"
