Why videos are not loading in the android emulator?

Hello. I thought this problem was only with bluestacks, I removed it and installed genymotion in parallel, create a question on the toaster about a lightweight android emulator. They offered a couple of options, but in none of the emulators the video wants to load at all. Everything seemed to be fine before. What could be the problem? For my case, the periscope does not want to load the broadcast at all, the "download" is going on all the time.
