Why value is not stored in magento database?

Value doesn't fit in magento database!
1) The field that sends value i.prntscr.com/19e68745599b495f900ab87bbe99ac3e.png
2) The controller itself, which saves all the data in the database! i.prntscr.com/532339c3aa7144278b3045ba2ed4d5a1.png
3)DB i.prntscr.com/aef045a72ac54f27acee14fb17259e7e.png
The only difference is that a string comes to the controller, but an int! I enabled logging requests to the database for Magento, but there is not even close to the promotion_id , i.e. saving the rest of the fields goes with a bang, but this particular field is not! Any ideas what's wrong? thank)

Everything was solved by reinstalling the field in the database. Removed and reinstalled via install.php
