Why the site does not load after adding a new Opencart theme?

Good day! Surely there are those who have faced a similar problem. In any case, I did not find a similar question here. For Opencart v.2.3.0.2 created a new theme written with Bootstrap 3.7. The paths for styles and scripts in Heder are registered. After uploading to the root of the folder with adjacent themes, I select my theme in the admin panel and voila, the site does not load. When loading the default theme, everything works fine. Even when downloading free themes for my version of Opencart, everything works fine. And my theme does not plow. What could be the reason?

Understood. Found errors. Warning: is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
File(/home/admin/web/.../public_html/system/../../vendor/autoload.php) is not within the allowed path(s):
(/home/admin/web/... /public_html:/home/admin/tmp) in /home/admin/web/.../public_html/system/startup.php on line 89
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/admin/web/ .../public_html/catalog/view/theme/default2/template/common/header.tpl on line 15
This error: /home/admin/web/.../public_html/catalog/view/theme/default2/template/ found common/header.tpl on line 151 , removed it.
