Why swf are shown not running?

Hello. The site has a couple of flash drives. One of which is a calendar (swf-ka). However, it is displayed not running (see screenshot). To start you need to click on the play button. Everything was ok before.
There are no blockers (AdBlock, etc.)
Tested on different browsers, different PCs
