Why such a load on Mysql?

Recently there has been a heavy load on the mysql server.
In ssh I execute the top command. And the load on mysql reaches 100% or more
How to reduce it? what to do with it?

Log slow queries in MySQL - and see who it started to bend your muscle :)

well, go into the muscle and do a show processlist;
