Why strange search results?

When you query google "vpn the netherlands or germany" the output is very strange. Especially at the bottom and at the top, as well as between the results in the center, as if they are ad blocks but it is not indicated that this is an ad. Near the issuance of "Kaspersky" on the right, you can see a certain button "ads and a cross" that can only be seen if you look closely... Is Google really that?

The screen is not displayed (perhaps only for me). In any case, the PS are constantly testing something, most likely you are in the test sample.
