Why smart can not see the PC?

From the smart network, wileyfox swift 2 charges normally, but does not want to work (transfer data via PC (Linux)). There is debugging, conf usb-mtp. What could be the blockage?

what does lsusb show?
What does dmesg show? (You need to look immediately after connecting)
And the plug is most likely that the system does not know about these usb-mtp and what should be done with them. You need to install additional packages to support the work (libmtp9 and gvfs-backends).
