Why Skype itself removes the noise?

Headphones and microphone - Steelseries Siberia V2.
1) I set the gain to 0, it doesn’t sound, it’s audible well. In Skype, you can’t hear anything, and it doesn’t sound.
2) I set the gain to 30 (max), it makes the ears wilt. In Skype, you can hear well, it doesn’t sound.
As a result, in obs I have the wildest background with amplification, but in skype it doesn’t sound.
What should I do so that Skype does not remove the background?

IMHO you need to change the headphones =) they have everything done normally, focused on average, not very sophisticated headphones without lotions ....
