Why root instead of minidlna in smart LG(webOS)?
Greetings. I don't understand networks or servers at all, I just started learning. I have a TV with smart TV LG (webOS), connected it to the computer via a router, everything is as usual. Naturally, you need access to computer files (Ubuntu). I googled all sorts of options and tried something, in the end -> miniDLNA worked fine at first, but after another random study of the network capabilities of Linux, it is not clear at what point, instead of the miniDLNA server, some kind of "root" began to connect. Sometimes everything works again, the files are visible, there are no problems. The problem is that the TV sometimes connects to a "server" (or whatever you call it) that I don't know.
How to find out, control a specific connection, what is it miniDNLA or some kind of Samba?
I will be glad to any references. THX
