Why recently in Chrome in the Netwok tool, the preview of the response is displayed as bare HTML?

Recently, if memory serves, since version 62 in Chrome, in the Network (DevTools) tab of the preview (preview) of the response from the server (ajax), unrendered HTML is displayed:

Is it possible that this feature is disabled in the browser settings? I mean chrome://flags.

The response is identical in content, but Chrome no longer renders HTML in the preview.
Previously, Chrome gave a preview, just like Vivaldi in the example above.
