Why questions instead of Russian letters in debian gnome?

Linux debian 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.54-2 x86_64 GNU/Linux
gnome-session 3.4.2.1
LibreOffice 3.5.4.2
Build ID: 350m1(Build:2)
Changed language from Russian to English after that LibreOffice does not open any file where there are Russian letters in the folders.
What do you advise?
