There is a device Huawei Honor 3C (WCDMA version). Stock firmware B117 (Emotion UI).
Whatsapp push notifications stop working intermittently.
I have already added all applications to trusted ones, switched the energy saving mode to normal. Background data transfer is enabled. Wi-Fi and mobile data are always on.
You send a WhatsApp message to the device - sent, but not delivered. I wait 30 minutes and nothing. It is worth unlocking the device - it comes.
Where to dig?

I have a huawei y300 on cyanogenmod, the same thing. I'm not sure if this is a phone problem, because the rest of the push go, and whatsapp can even be opened and it hardly displays when the person was online for the last time.

The same trouble with the off-client contact. After upgrading from CM11 to CM12.1, push notifications stopped popping up. There is also a problem with notifications on xperia C3 with the same VKontakte, although everything comes from classmates.
