Why products without meta fields are not displayed?

We use the synchronization of goods through 1C to woocommerce
The bottom line is that the goods are added to the admin panel - everything is visible there, all the goods are also in the database. The goods are
displayed when they are requested through WP_QUERY
, but, through the standard loop - emptiness, a message that there are no goods.
With categories of goods - the same trouble.
The bottom line is that if the product is opened and saved again (even without making changes to the product), the product appears.
The product status is "Published", etc.
At first glance, nothing prevents the product from being displayed, but nonetheless - they are not available
for all products is "In stock"
the funny thing is that the "Category List" widget displays the actual quantity of the product, the product pages work, they can be added to the cart .
The store page displays subcategories of products.
In short, everything works as it should, except for the output of the products themselves :s
By the way, I noticed such a feature, after resaving the product, when it still starts to be displayed - the number of products in its category is reset to the number of resaved products :\
UPD
in post_meta about the product before saving :

@rekurt

What plugin are you using to sync? It is possible that when saving a product, it does not associate it with the taxonomies of the product category, which is why it turns out that attributes and categories are updated only when the product is manually updated
