Why play in Beta?

I released the game on Google Play, and the title says (Beta version). Why is that? Because of this, I can not set up advertising in google ads.
Did I screw up with the release, or is this how the Google review process works? Like, they first put it in Beta, and then in the normal version?
It is alarming that the check was only 2 days ....

the name says (Beta version) = You are a beta tester of the application.
